Boasting one of Australia’s most generous scholarship programmes, the Macquarie University India Scholarship is making it possible for Indian students to avail of a world-class education at a more cost-effective rate.
The scholarship covers 10,000 AUD of the tuition fee annually for every Indian student who is successfully admitted and enrols into an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at MQ, in the year 2019-2020. The two main eligibility criteria for this scholarship are – that the candidate meet the requirements of the proposed programme in which he or she is seeking admission, and that the candidate is a registered citizen of India. Once the candidate successfully gains admission into the programme, the scholarship is automatically awarded.
A Few T&C’s:
- The scholarship is for on-campus full time study load, which involves 8 standard units per year.
- If a student has received any other scholarship from MQ, they will not be eligible for this one.
- The student will not be eligible if they are a permanent resident/citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
- This scholarship does not apply to Master of Management at MQ.
- If the candidate terminates their enrolment, they may be liable to repay the scholarship amount, at the discretion of the Scholarship and Grants Committee.
